About who needs care: She needs help walking behind walker. Making meals. She uses walker to get to bathroom Has fallen to many times when no one there taking things out of refrigerator. Or on days just weaker then others. She sleeps with depends at night. She can remove them on her own in bathroom. She likes to walk around do her pedal excersises and some other Physical therapy that they come weekly and show her how to do. She has ataxia, spinal stenosis. Her brain is perfect. She reads 3 books a week from library drop offs. She manages her own bills, wants to stay in her home till death. Shes small and can transfer on her own presently. Likes a real has bars installed and bath seat in tub. She does have bad arthritis especially in hands and things are hard for her to open. Likes things put exactly back in same place so she is able to reach them likes house kept nice, vacuum, floors, dishes, laundry. Plants watered inside and outside. About the care needs: She is hard of hearing and is a very damanding patient. Constantly thinking of thing for you to do. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
