About who needs care: Dad is a 66 yo cancer survivor. He has a history of head and neck cancer and had his vocal cords and part of his tongue removed in 2022. This caused a hoarse/raspy voice, secretion management issues and a feeding tube. He's not able to walk without assistance and needs his meds and feeding supplies brought to him. He manages the tube and meds. About the care needs: Uses Oxygen. He is A/O X 4 and continent of urine and stool. He is unable to walk due to his neck weakness and needs assistance to transfer to his wheelchair to use the bathroom/ get in the chair etc. He does not eat food, but does drink coffee, ice water, and or juices. Services needed: Filling feeding bags with formula and water, minimal errands, washing his medication cups, laundry, bathing, chin dressing change and mobility assistance. Cat needs food.
