About who needs care: My lovely wife, Emma (70), has MS. She can not move her body and lays in bed in our living room. She can move her neck and slight arm and hand movements. She is alert and communicates well. We need a caregiver to.. 1. Do light range of motion and stretching with her 2. Lift her to her wheel chair, the toilet, and back in her bed. 3. Help her with bedpan and clean up 4. Light house cleaning will include Vacuuming, dishes, cleaning bathroom, dusting, folding clothes. 5. Nail care 6. Please be personable and friendly as Emma is a very lovely woman. About the care needs: We would like someone to feel comfortable feeling like family. We enjoying having conversations and we are hoping for a possible live-in situation. The most important skill we need is to gently lift a 100lb woman into her wheel chair etc. and to have the someone ready to help with light cleaning.
