About who needs care: S/P Sigmoid resection and colostomy 1 month ago. Deconditioned. Getting home health. Very sharp mentally. Has urinary urge incontinence. Currently using Purewick at night. Not usual in normal times. About the care needs: Colostomy emptying, placement. Help ambulatory. Light meal prep and medication reminders. Assist with showering Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
