About who needs care: Diane ("Deedee") is recovering from Oct 8 left forearm surgery. I In rehab facility since Oct 9. RULES REQUIRE DISCHARGE ON NOV 13. Go home ?? Go to different facility?? NOT SURE!! / I HAVE MS. Will need help moving in & transferring from wheelchair to other chair, bed, toilet. Odd as thIs may sound, I have to self catheterize myself4-5 times a day. I need assistance but no medical type help. I will train. Some meal prep. Shower assistance. Lite housework. NOTE: HUSBAND IS HAVING ROTATOR CUFF SURGERY in DEC!! Unable to help NOW or POST-OP. About the care needs: Efficient. Conversation doesn't interfere with staying on task. Can notice things that need doing and offers to help. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
