Job purpose/mandate Provide In-Home health support and aid to a 35-year-old female with a traumatic brain Injury. Specific duties and responsibilities -Support physically and mentally to maintain posture, balance, and focus while walking and transitioning through home. This includes protecting the patient from any falls or obstacles(best to show in person, it's very basic). Safety is the #1 priority! -Companionship and assistance through daily routines -Bathing assistance, feminine hygiene upkeep, meal prep, and prescription management Knowledge and skills -CPR/AED certification required SKILLS: Communication -Compassionate directness -Communication -Punctual -Responsible Working conditions: -In the Home of the patient. NO hazards, no excess noise or climate exposure. The environment is safe, laid back, and stable!
