Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Pooler

I need senior care provider with experience during the late afternoons to allow my mother to go the store, senior center, etc as she is new to the Pooler, GA area. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. Medication management is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction, playing games, communicating with my father who suffers from End-Stage Alzheimer's.
