About who needs care: Developmentally handicapped and communicates verbally at about 10 years old, blind in both eyes, slightly hard of hearing, and has a seizure disorder. About the care needs: An individual who is very patient, friendly, and likes to have conversations and engage with people. Able to prepare light meals and provide basic assistance, guiding and instructing a blind person who needs specific, clear instructions to complete basic tasks. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
