Need Assistance With Wheelchair Bound Dad On Sundays

Looking for someone to help me care for my dad on Sundays from 9 a.m. til 8 p.m. My dad is wheelchair bound due to having ALS and also has severe short term dementia . Requirements include being able to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for him with food I provide. Give him Meds in the AM after breakfast &PM right before bed. He also will need assistance changing, and all ADLs. My dad is sweet but gets very confused on a daily basis so he needs constant supervision to ensure his safety, as well as companionship keeping him company and sharing meals with him. If you are a Christian that's a plus- as he watches Church in the mornings while breakfast is prepared. If you're a coffee drinker bonus too cuz my dad is a coffee connoisseur! Breakfast prepared around 9am- will transfer from his wheelchair to his dining room table for each meal. Use dad's cell phone to take a before and after pic of all his meals. Breakfast Finished- give dad his AM meds. Lunch time: 12:30-1:30 Repeat same as breakfast instruction, please help change clothes for the day. Dinner 5:30-6:30. Repeat meal instructions. Dad may want to watch olden movies on TV, cooking shows, etc. afterwards to relax. Hour after dinner- you can give him a snack for dessert. Night meds- Given 15 mins prior to leaving. Help prepare dad's toothbrush. He uses walker in the restroom to get in and out. Put a men's depend on him and night clothes. Help dad get in bed. Make sure dad has a walker close to the left and right side of the bed and have his wheelchair placed on the corner of his BR out of the way. Loves his cast Luna, coffee, fishing, and, God. Previous working experience with someone who has worked with Dementia clients and is a good communicator, as I need to be informed throughout the day how dad is doing, and might adjust food based on his blood sugar as I follow them on my phone. You can park in my dad's driveway. Yes- one cat named Luna who is ALWAYS by my dad's side and even rides his electric wheelchair with him.
