Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Gainesville

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 90s. We are looking for someone to remind him to take his medicine. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. He can stand up but cannot walk without assistance. He needs help with changing his depends, changing clothes, wiping off to get ready for the day. He needs somebody that will warm up his poptart, bacon and make coffee for breakfast and make a ham & cheese sandwich for lunch. Please let me know if you can work 2 or 4 hours, we are flexible. My mother lives there too who is 88 yrs old but she can care for herself. We are also flexible on the time to assist breakfast & lunch.
