About who needs care: My brother, aged 61, is completely blind. He uses a normal computer with speech synthesis software. He wishes to update the computer to one that runs the latest version of Windows. He needs assistance choosing the new computer, copying files over, and assistance learning the newer computers outer features. I anticipate several hours a week assisting him but those hours may be flexible. About the care needs: My brother is totally blind. He will need a patient helper.
