We are looking for care for a loved one in Clyo, GA. He is a 68-year-old man who was just diagnosed with dementia. He also has mobility issues and, 5 years ago, had a liver transplant. He lives by himself on a 6-acre property. His condition has left him isolated, and we are looking for a caring and compassionate companion who can help with his daily needs. We are looking for 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 11 AM-4 p.m. daily. Can be adjusted daily based on the doctor's appointments. Your duties will include: • Driving to and from doctor appointments. Some are in Springfield, Ricon, and Savannah. • Medication reminder • Light housekeeping • Physical therapy daily reminder • Meal prep • Grooming
