About who needs care: She is in a personal care home , she gets easily distracted and she has a mental disorder but receives her medication . She needs reminders and help with hygiene and keeping area clean. She walks with a walker because she has surgery on arm and leg from fractures. She is able to ambulate well . She has transportation to doctors appointments but needs an assisted with her. About the care needs: Her caregiver should be patient, caring . Would need to be kind and thoughtful and keep patient focused on tasks to be done. I want someone who is positive and help motivate her . Services needed include: transportation.
