About who needs care: She broke her hip 1. 5 years ago and mostly walks really well but is somewhat fragile. She likes to spend most of her time alone (reading, playing games on her phone), although she also is friendly. She likes to do jigsaw puzzles. She does not usually watch TV except for in the evening. She really wants someone to do some cleaning. She needs rides to the grocery store, library, and maybe other places in the area. About the care needs: Someone who is on the liberal side, who cares about the earth and thinks recycling and meditation is good. She wouldn't want to be patronized. She needs a collaborative approach. She would probably like to make soup together and maybe cookies. She also needs help getting rid of books. If a caregiver knows how to knit that would be a bonus as she would probably enjoy doing some knitting but needs prompting. She could use help finishing knitting a hat. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
