I am looking for a part-time caregiver to assist with short shifts in early morning, afternoon, and/or evening as well as a late night shift. We are flexible if you cannot work all of these shifts, but are looking to introduce additional care team members who have weekend availability. This care is for my elderly father who has stage iv lung cancer that spread to his brain which caused complications with his balance and now cognitive and short-term memory challenges. He is primarily in a wheelchair, but he transfers to and from confidently. His needs vary depending on the shift, but he requires assistance with bathing, toileting (he uses grab bars to stand and sit, but may need help getting pants on and off or changing a Depends brief if necessary), cooking, cleaning, and administering meds. The ideal caregiver for his team has experience with patients at this stage of life and lives with 15 minutes of his home to make the short shifts easier to coordinate and worthwhile. Thank you!
