About the care needs: We're looking for a kind and dependable caregiver to help my mother, who is living with dementia, with her daily needs. My father, who has diabetes, is not the one in need of care but can no longer provide the level of assistance she requires. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, cooking and meal preparation, medication organization, and accompanying my parents to doctor's appointments to take notes and help ensure clear communication so their son has a better understanding of the visits. We're hoping to find someone patient, trustworthy, and experienced with dementia care who can offer companionship and support to make her days more comfortable and structured. We're open to both part-time help or a live-in arrangement for the right person. Schedule and hours can be flexible. Thank you for your interest
