Part Time Help Needed For Large Elderly Man In 80s

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my grandfather. He is in his 80s and needs help every morning and every evening. Transferring from bed to chair and chair to bed. He needs assistance with eating breakfast in the morning. Ideally looking for some one that can be here from 8am-9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Pay to be discussed. More time onsite based on price and ability to help keep a tidy house.
