About who needs care: ALS patient , homebound in a motorized wheelchair in the care of my 80-year-old sister. Moved to her home in January 2024 in order to attend the ALS clinic in Jacksonville. I have dropped head syndrome and have great difficulty bathing and dressing Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
