Talking, looking at pictures, reading together and coloring keep her mind engaged. She needs reassurance when transisitioning and fears falling, is unsteady and has difficulty moving her feet. She can't walk more than a few steps so sitting on the walker and wheeling her around is the prefered method for safety.
