About who needs care: Parkinsons and Essential tremor, he likes walking and exercise, No real hobbies or interest. I need someone to be with him and help him with his daily tasks like showering, walking etc. Maybe take him where he wants to go, and to some appointments. Trying this out to see how it goes and if he improves coming from Skilled nursing. May move to assisted living at the 1st of the year and may want his personal care giver there at times during the day to relieve me. About the care needs: He is very much an introvert but can be conversational , he is slow and needs a lot of patience . Wants to be as independent as he can. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
