About who needs care: She transfers herself to her wheelchair to go to the bathroom just needs a standby assist. She needs a little help to do small tasks around the house. We are looking for someone to bring her lunch to her room and keep her company so my dad can leave the house a few times a week. She is continent and able to transfer to her wheelchair. May need help with laundry or straightening up her room. Every couple months may need someone to stay overnight for a few days to go out of town. About the care needs: She is hard of hearing so it helps to have someone who doesnt mind repeating themselves and isnt too soft spoken. She likes to share stories and have someone to talk to. She is a little stubborn and like to do things her way so someone that is flexible is preferred. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
