Skilled with the physical nursing care, and being able to get him to eat when he refuses, so someone who is assertive but gentle and kind. He is 6' 150 lbs, so will need to be someone who can physically help him move when he needs assistance. Someone who will communicate clearly and regularly with the family about what's going on and has respect and care for the patient. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
