I am requesting a PRN back-up aide for my mother to ensure her care remains consistent, safe, and uninterrupted. As her needs change throughout the day, there are moments when additional support becomes essential, especially when primary caregivers are unavailable, delayed, or handling tasks outside their capacity. A PRN aide will provide reliable coverage during these gaps, help prevent avoidable risks, and support my mother's daily routines with dignity and continuity. This request is not for convenience; it is to maintain stability in her care plan and protect her well-being at all times. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained.
