Caregiver For My AWESOME Mom

Looking for someone who is comfortable with the elderly, especially someone with dementia. My dad is caring for my mom and he needs a break. flexible No concrete schedule. I will pay with ZELLE daily. My mom would need some assistance with dressing or perhaps assisting with bathroom/shower if needed or occasional incontinence accident. We do currently have a caregiver that goes Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a few hours . My father is very interested in cars, planes. He is a retired architect, Pilot and pharmacist. My father likes cars, planes, loves to tell stories. He is a retired pharmacist, architect, and pilot. My mother used to be a very athletic, marathons and did CrossFit. She is also a retired realtor. There are no behavioral problems I am looking for someone who is easy to communicate with, CPR and basic first aid skills.
