Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Newark

Candidates must work each Saturday and Sunday 10am-2 p.m. Only candidates available for these shifts will be considered for this position. Seeking a caregiver for my 88-year-old mother. She has chronic heart failure, is very hard of hearing, has marginal mobility (needs a walker at all times), struggles to make meals and perform some simple tasks but can complete her personal hygiene (except for showers). Support includes meal prep, BP and heart rate checks, weight, some very simple/light housekeeping, possibly an occasional errand. Payment will be through direct deposit with taxes withheld and wages reported to the government. We request a brief interview so my mom can make her decision based on a face to face meeting. We will start interviews the week of 15Dec2025. Position starts Saturday 03Jan2026.
