Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Newark

Candidates must work Sat and Sun 5pm-9 p.m. Seeking a caregiver for my 88-year-old mother. She has chronic heart failure, is very hard of hearing, has marginal mobility (needs a walker at all times), struggles to make meals and perform some simple tasks but can complete her personal hygiene (except for showers). Support includes meal prep, BP and heart rate checks, weight, some very simple/light housekeeping, possibly an occasional errand. Payment will be through direct deposit. We will comply with applicable government reporting and legal considerations (reporting wages, withholding taxes and workers compensation insurance). We are also requesting a brief meeting with my mom so she can make her decision based on her first impression. We will start setting up meetings on Monday 01Dec2025.
