About who needs care: My father is a physician working in Bridgeport. He is a survivor of a severe car accident and the resulting surgeries has made his balance off. At the end of his work day he would like someone to help him grab his jacket and what not l, lock the door, and walk out to a car. He will need to be driven 15 minutes away to him home. He then needs to walked up a flight of stairs in his home. His wife will then take over. He is capable of doing all this on his own, but can lose balance suddenly and therefore needs an arm for support. He is also more tired at the end of the day so his balance can be more off. About the care needs: Someone with a car is needed. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
