Companion Care Needed For My Father In South Windsor

About who needs care: Dad has mobility issues. Mom has the start of dementia. I'd like him to have help with groceries, errands, rides to doctor appointments, possibly a cleaning service (I may hire a separate house cleaner - not sure if this person could do all of this) About the care needs: My Dad is super stubborn and hates having his things moved or thrown out (he is not a hoarder). Will need to be patience and a little tough to work with him. He has a hard time understanding accents (his hearing isn't great). Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
