About who needs care: Failing in health, has chf and renal failure. Is ambulatory but this is now declining. Expecting her to be bed to chair soon About the care needs: She enjoys conversation and is alert and oriented almost all the time CNA needs to give good bed bath and be be up beat most of time. Mother knows shes failing and gets tearful at times Will have family support coming in and out of house. 12 hour shift might also work for our needs Will need to discuss with family re back up availability. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
