We seek a dependable staff member to support a client in a home setting. This role offers guaranteed stability and the opportunity to work across multiple positions. As the designated backup, you'll cover shifts when core staff are on vacation or away, and you'll assist as a secondary team member when coverage is fully staffed. Care is hands-on and involved, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable with behavioral support, structured routines, and team collaboration. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Training is provided. This role is ideal for someone who can commit to availability for both day and night shifts. This is a supportive team environment where adaptability is recognized and valued.
