Happy young man with autism needing direct support for personal care, activities such as hiking, community outings (museums, shopping), as well as spending time safely at home enjoying down time. Looking for Caring, Energetic, Physically able, Experienced, and Responsible minded staff to support a sweet, autistic young man (mid 20's yo). During day shifts, we are looking for staff persons with energy and initiative to go on daily scheduled hikes, community outings (shopping, parks, museums) and go on therapy drives (vehicle provided). Late afternoon/evening shifts will be in the residence providing companionship, personal care, safety oversight, cooking and housekeeping, therapy rides (vehicle provided). Experience with individuals with autism and knowledge managing occasional behaviors. Additional training provided. References Required.
