Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.) Assist with mobility and transfers Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Offer companionship and emotional support Accompany clients to appointments or errands Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior Follow personalized care plans and maintain accurate documentation Document care and daily activities What We're Looking For: Provide personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of our clients' homes Valid driver's license & reliable transportation CNA license a plus (not required) Experience in caregiving preferred Friendly, reliable, and compassionate Ability to follow instructions and work independently
