We are looking for a patient, steady, and compassionate caregiver for an elderly woman and former Army nurse who values structure, routine, and clarity. She is very particular about how she likes things done, and while she can be difficult at times, she is absolutely manageable with calm communication, kindness, and respect. she is a fall risk and needs assistance with dressing, especially due to pain and sensitivity in her shoulders. She also requires help with meal preparation, light clean-up, and mail pick-up. She enjoys talking and values companionship, but she can also be quiet at times so the caregiver should be someone who can comfortably balance conversation with peaceful, low-stimulus moments. She has two cats, Lilo and Milo, so being comfortable around pets is essential.
