Looking for someone to watch my mom evenings so I can get together with friends or to run errands. This is not a regular hour ms every week job- the app makes me put the schedule in. Mom has mixed dementia and may sundown or get confused saying she doesn't live here, or doesn't know where her room is. Looking for someone with experience with Alzheimer's etc. She is ambulatory and has escaped when people were not paying attention. Looking for actress quality non confrontational redirection and story telling abilities. Someone who will listen to her "memories" which are often confabulated- but you believe everything she says and you don't recorrect or dismiss. She is an actress at heart. You wouldn't know it to see her. But ask her! Let me know if you are interested in picking up hours. Happy to have a regular day or two.
