I need a hands-on care provider experience for my sister who has cerebral palsy and borderline intellectual disability. Heather is 64. She likes to craft, watch football, read, and play computer games. She lives in an aprtment complex and with encouragement, will participate in scheduled activities. Heather has a good sense of humor. It takes her a bit to build trust with people. At times she can be put offish and needs her caregiver to set a boundary and not personalize. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping, bathing and laundry. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation and running errands.
