About who needs care: 27 year they/she with anxiety and depression, high functioning autism, very bright and active when the clouds lift. About the care needs: Needs a person with some psychiatric care experience who is patient and unflappable when they are overwhelmed or struggling. Services needed include: companionship, some help with medication and appointment management, accompanyment providing steadiness. Part-time for a few hours almost daily, flexible hours but usually two to three hours in the afternoon or early evening would be most frequent.
