We're a warm family in Weston, CT (relocating to Aspen, CO in 2026) seeking an experienced, energetic male caregiver/teacher for our 15-year-old son with autism. This full-time role involves relocating temporarily to CT (all expenses paid) to help him transition before the family moves to Colorado. You'll support his growth, independence, and confidence through daily routines, community activities, and collaboration with therapists. Ideal candidates have a degree (OT, PT, Speech, Behavioral Science, or Education preferred) and 2-4+ yrs autism experience. He is a lovely and sweet boy but needs someone who has experience dealing with Autism specifically. Live-in option available, travel and weekends occasionally required.
