Part-time caregiver needed for my elderly parents in Whittier. Both are in great health, mobile, and do not need heavy medical care--just light assistance and companionship while I'm not available. Schedule: Monday afternoon (1:00- 4:00PM) required; occasional Sunday or Friday if available. Needs: Mother is independent, Mandarin-speaking, hearing impaired; needs reminders, light meal help, and flat-ground garden walks. Father is in good health; needs gentle bathing help, simple meal prep, reminders, and walks (he speaks English). Duties: Bathing support for father, heat/serve meals, occasional meal pickup (reimbursed), light housekeeping (kitchen/bath tidy, no outside shoes), short walks, companionship.
