Please read before applying! This is a 1:1 caregiving job for a C6 Quadriplegic, 34 yr old male, adaptive sportsman, degree in sustainable technologies. He has an amazing support team but needs one more caregiver! Are you detail oriented, a great communicator and dependable? Job includes assisting with personal care , ADLS, slide transfers to wheelchair and bed, making food and assistance eating. Light housekeeping, driving his adaptive van to and from therapy, adaptive sport training and outings. ** Experience as a Nurse, CNA or HHA or working with someone with a disability is a plus. Training for personal care: bladder & bowel program provided. This is a great job for nursing or medical students! **Apply with the days and times you are available. Training/Work starts the second week of January.
