hi there! seeking a strong individual for daily morning help from 9:30-11:30 a.m. to transfer my dad out of bed, assist with dressing, and occasionally assist with showering. dad is 78 years old and had a catastrophic stroke 4 years ago. he is now wheelchair dependent, and as time has progressed, he has lost the ability to stand, making transfers more difficult. we use a hoyer lift for all transfers and have a live-in aide who requires an additional set of hands to complete dad's morning routine, as he is 220 lbs. he is a warm, loving man who had a career as an OB/GYN and delivered more than 10, 000 babies! we live in portrero hill.
