Post-surgery Live-in Home Care Needed For Myself In San Francisco

I need live-in home care for 12/04 to take care of myself in San Francisco. I am having a vaginoplasty and will need some help for the first couple weeks. I want to focus on regaining independence as soon as possible, so will want to rest, walk regularly, and focus on a healthy inti-inflammatory diet. I will probably need some help with basic movement, but should be pretty easy. I'll also need someone who is comfortable with wound care and helping with hygeine, although I think this should be pretty easy, and I'll want to try to take care of myself as soon as possible, too. No real meal prep is needed, as I'll be on Soylent/liquid to help keep inflammation down. Help with managing and administering medication. I could arrange a hotel next door if needed, too!
