Companion Care Needed For Aunt In San Anselmo

I need a companion care provider for my loved one in their 80s. We would prefer someone who can handle some housekeeping including laundry, dishes, and vaccuuming, mopping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets (1 small dog and 1 cat in the household). Needs own transportation. We don't need any medical care, just someone to give her current full time caregiver (her sister) a break. Schedule is very flexible, but it would be nice to have at least one consistent day a week where my mom can be away from the house for 6+ hours.
