About who needs care: My husband was diagnosed with ALS 4. 5 years ago. He no longer has the use of his arms and hands. He has about 10% left of mobility in his arms. He is currently losing the strength in his legs, but is still walking and can can still get up most of the time. We have a handicap assessable home with a hydraulic recliner and walk in tub. He had recently fallen and fractured his skull. We need someone to keep any eye out on him as he watches tv. And to also do light housework of cleaning, dishes and laundry. Please call if you are interested in learning more about the job. About the care needs: He is a sports guy and will watch ESN, sports or cooking shows. We will need meal prep and to feed him with a fork or spoon. He is recovering from a hard fall on his head. He has ALS is getting weaker over time. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
