About the job

About who needs care: Usually in bed by 7 not up until 11. Need someone to be at the house maybe 12 -6 Help with meals laundry, maybe light housekeeping, transportation occasionally. He has afib and a failing heart, old rancher. A little cantankerous. Can be alternatively charming and obstreperous. He has fallen, ( hes not big, maybe 140lbs.) does have bladder issues. He lives on a beautiful ranch just south of Redding. His daughters live in Sonoma County 4 hours away. About the care needs: He would need someone who doesnt take things personally, he can be gruff and swear ( thats new) . He wouldnt need a lot of hands on care, we just would like to have someone around during his waking hours. He still insists on doing a lot of things himself. Just takes him a long time. His license has been suspended for the time being so he might want to be taken places once in awhile. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
