Seeking Part-time Adult Care Provider In Paradise

I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping (rarely), Transportation (rarely). Some light tidying up is involved. We're looking for some help preparing meals. My wife has ME/CFS and has very little physical ability and has a hard time caring for herself. Primarily, she needs help with physical tasks like preparing food, light house work like decluttering, dishes, etc. She also has neurological fatigue, so she would benefit from someone who isn't chatty and can check in with her needs only when necessary. She's had a really hard time accepting help, so someone who is understanding of people struggling with being newly disabled.
