Household Manager and Assistant needed for my father in his 80s - seeking candidate for 4-8 hours a week during the week. Responsibilities: 1. Coordinating caregivers: The main responsibility is coordinating the schedules of the caregivers to ensure that he has 24/7 care in his home. We use an agency for the majority of the shifts and would like to add direct hires to cover a few shifts a week, but we need someone to manage their schedules and coordinate with the agency. 2. Medication: We need someone who is licensed to remove pills from bottles and put them in an organizer, or someone who can manage a third-party service like Amazon Pharmacy or a local pharmacy that packages medications in blister packs and sends them to the patient's home. 3.
