This role offers a stable work environment where caregivers can build meaningful relationships while working directly with families. Position Overview As a private Live-In Caregiver (Personal Attendant), you will reside in the client's home for two to five consecutive days, offering personalized care and companionship. A private sleeping area will be provided while on duty, and caregivers must have their own sleeping arrangements during their off days. This role requires: A CNA license ( or higher ) - DOES NOT HAVE TO BE CURRENTLY ACTIVE. At least one year of hands-on caregiving or CNA experience Reliable transportation, as caregivers may assist clients with appointments or outings California residency, as this role is only open to local candidates Key Responsibilities: Caregivers provide personal care and companionship, supporting clients in remaining safe and comfortable at home. Responsibilities include: Personal Care: ( ADL's) Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and other daily activities. Mobility Support: Help with transfers, repositioning, and movement. Nutritional Support: Prepare meals and assist with feeding. Light Housekeeping: Perform laundry and light housekeeping related to client care. Companionship: Offer emotional support and engaging conversation. Transportation Assistance: Accompany the client to appointments and outings as needed. Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential: Earn overtime at 1.5x for hours exceeding 9 per day or 45 per week, allowing you to earn up to $150,000 per year. Stable Schedule: A structured 2-5 day shift with 2-5 consecutive days off.
