Seeking Part-time Adult Care Provider In Lakeside

Looking for experienced caregivers for my son Josh, who is sweet, lovable, friendly, outgoing, nonverbal, autistic, intellectually disabled, and a big guy who needs gentle, steady support. Josh loves being outdoors--bowling, arcades, lakes, beaches, parks, nature walks, and anything active that gets him out in the community. I'm looking for dependable people who have real experience working with adults with disabilities and feel confident helping with outings, safety, and simple personal support. Hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 PM, and I'm open to hiring more than one caregiver to keep his weekly schedule full. Patience, kindness, and reliability are a must.
