Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Preferred experience with young adults, adults, elderly, or disabled individuals. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required. Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Flexibility: Willingness to work nights and weekends is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable with bending, standing, and navigating stairs.
