We’re looking for a caring, reliable in-home caregiver/companion to assist my mother, who has mid-stage dementia. She lives at home and does best with calm, patient, and engaging support. Responsibilities include: • Providing gentle supervision and ensuring her safety • Offering companionship, conversation, and simple activities to keep her engaged • Preparing light meals and snacks • Assisting with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up) • Encouraging short walks or time outdoors around the property, weather permitting Ideal candidate: • Kind, patient, and experienced with dementia or elder care • Trustworthy and attentive • Comfortable maintaining a peaceful, structured environment • Must have reliable transportation
